Welcome to REANY Bikes! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website, products, or services.
1. Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- “REANY,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”: REANY Bikes, the company providing the products and services described in these Terms.
- “Consumer” or “You”: A natural person purchasing REANY products or services for personal use, not for business purposes.
- “Products”: Any goods sold by REANY, including e-bikes, accessories, and components.
- “Services”: Any services provided by REANY, including warranty services, repairs, and customer support.
- “Website”: The official REANY Bikes website, accessible at www.reanybikes.com.
- “Agreement”: Any agreement between REANY and the Consumer for the purchase of Products or Services, including these Terms.
- “Warranty”: The REANY Limited Warranty Policy and EU legal guarantee, as outlined in this document.
2. Applicability
2.1. These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between REANY and the Consumer for the purchase of Products or Services.
2.2. By placing an order, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.
2.3. These Terms do not apply to business customers. Separate terms apply to business sales.
2.4. REANY reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes will apply only to new orders.
3. Orders and Agreements
3.1. Offer and Acceptance: All offers are non-binding until REANY confirms your order in writing or begins processing.
3.2. Order Confirmation: An automated confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
3.3. Order Refusal: REANY may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations.
3.4. Payment: Payment must be completed before order processing. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.
4. Delivery and Consumer Rights
4.1. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are non-binding.
4.2. Late Delivery: If REANY does not deliver within 30 days, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
4.3. Delivery Region: We currently deliver within the Benelux region. Orders outside this area may be canceled.
4.4. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss transfers to you upon confirmed delivery.
5. Prices and Payment
5.1. Prices: All prices are in Euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Additional costs such as shipping and import duties may apply.
5.2. Price Changes: Prices may change, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
5.3. Payment Methods: Payment methods are listed on our website. Payment details must be accurate.
6. Warranty and Returns
6.1. EU Legal Guarantee: Under Directive 1999/44/EC, all products include a minimum two-year legal guarantee. Defective products within this period can be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
6.2. REANY Limited Warranty: In addition to the EU legal guarantee, REANY offers a manufacturer’s warranty, detailed in our Warranty Policy.
6.3. Right of Withdrawal (Returns Policy):
- Consumers may return products within 14 days of delivery for any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive).
- Returns must be in original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- If returning due to defects, REANY will cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the consumer’s responsibility.

7. Consumer Responsibilities
7.1. Proper Use: Products must be used as intended. Misuse may void the warranty.
7.2. Maintenance: Regular maintenance is required to ensure performance and safety.
7.3. Reporting Issues: Defects should be reported promptly to REANY customer support.
8. Liability
8.1. Limitations: REANY’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, except where prohibited by law.
8.2. Consumer Protection Exception: Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence.
8.3. Force Majeure: REANY is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events beyond our control.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. Ownership: All REANY intellectual property, including trademarks, remains our property.
9.2. Usage Restrictions: Consumers may not reproduce or distribute REANY trademarks without permission.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
10.2. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): Before taking legal action, consumers agree to attempt dispute resolution through mediation.

11. Miscellaneous
11.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between REANY and the Consumer.
11.2. Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
11.3. Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
