At REANY Bikes, we strive to deliver your e-bike and accessories as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the key details about our delivery process, including shipping times, costs, and what to expect when your order arrives.
1. Shipping Areas
REANY Bikes currently delivers to the following regions:
- Benelux Region: Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
We are continuously working to expand our delivery areas. If you are located outside the Benelux region, please contact us at support@reanybikes.com to inquire about potential delivery options.
2. Shipping Costs
2.1 Standard Shipping
- Complete Bikes: €149
- Accessories: €15–€25 (depending on the size and weight of the item)
2.2 Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.
2.3 Free Shipping
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Check our website or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on current offers.
3. Delivery Times and Consumer Rights
3.1 Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing (if available).
Delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability, and external factors (weather, carrier delays).
3.2 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
3.3 Late Deliveries (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Compliance)
In compliance with EU law:
- If your order is not delivered within 30 days, you have the right to request a revised delivery date.
- If the revised deadline is missed, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website.

5. Delivery Process
5.1 Delivery to Your Door
Your REANY e-bike will be delivered directly to your door by our trusted shipping partners (DHL, JCL). The delivery team may contact you in advance to schedule a convenient time.
5.2 Unboxing and Inspection
Upon delivery, please:
- Inspect the packaging for visible damage before accepting the delivery.
- Check the e-bike and accessories for defects or damage upon unboxing.
- Report any issues within 48 hours to support@reanybikes.com for a replacement, repair, or refund (as per EU consumer laws).
5.3 Assembly
Your REANY e-bike will arrive partially assembled. Assembly instructions are included in the box, and video tutorials are available on our website. If you need assistance, please contact our support team.
6. Delivery Restrictions
6.1 Battery Shipping
Due to safety regulations, REANY e-bike batteries cannot be shipped via standard carriers. If you need to return or replace a battery, please contact us for special shipping instructions.
6.2 Remote Areas and Extra Fees
Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than estimated. If additional shipping fees apply, you will be informed before order processing.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Law Compliance)
Consumers may return their e-bike within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as per EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7.2 Return Shipping Costs
- For voluntary returns:
- Complete Bikes: €149 (deducted from the refund).
- Accessories: €15–€25 (depending on size and weight).
- For faulty or incorrect products:
- REANY Bikes will cover return shipping costs.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is lost in transit, REANY Bikes will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund if the carrier is at fault.
- If your order arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours for a replacement, repair, or refund.
