If for any reason you are not happy with your e-bike or accessories, you can return them within <b>14 days of delivery<\/b> under our <b>14-Day Right of Withdrawal Policy<\/b>, in accordance with the <b>EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011\/83\/EU)<\/b>. This policy applies to all REANY e-bikes and accessories purchased directly from our website or authorized dealers.<\/p>\n<h2><b>1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law Compliance)<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>1.1 Eligibility<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You may return your REANY e-bike or accessories within <b>14 days<\/b> of delivery <b>without providing a reason<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>The product must be in its <b>original condition<\/b>, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>The product <b>must not<\/b> show excessive signs of use, damage, or wear beyond normal inspection.<\/li>\n<li>Consumers can download the <b>Model Withdrawal Form<\/b> [here].<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>1.2 How to Initiate a Return<\/b><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Contact Us<\/b>: Email <strong>s<\/strong><b>ervice@reanybikes.com<\/b> within <b>14 days<\/b> of delivery to request a return. Provide your <b>order number<\/b> and a brief explanation (if applicable).<\/li>\n<li><b>Receive a Return Code<\/b>: Our customer support team will provide a <b>Return Code<\/b> and packaging\/shipping instructions.<\/li>\n<li><b>Package the Product<\/b>: Carefully pack the item in its <b>original box<\/b> with all accessories and documentation. Ensure the <b>Return Code<\/b> is clearly visible on the box.<\/li>\n<li><b>Ship the Product<\/b>: Send the package to the provided return address.
